Why won't a game load?

Most game loading issues can be solved by:

  1. Refreshing the page (F5 or the refresh button).

  2. Checking your internet connection.

  3. Disabling Ad-Blockers: Some games require ads to load properly.

  4. Clearing Browser Cache: Your browser might be storing an old, broken version of the game.

Does it cost money to play?

How do I earn XP?

You earn XP (Experience Points) simply by playing games! The more time you spend playing and the higher the scores you achieve, the more XP you will accumulate.

Why is my name not on the Leaderboard?

The Top Players Leaderboard is updated in real-time, but you must be logged in to your account for your XP to be recorded. Only the top 10 players with the highest total XP are displayed on the main list.

How do I change my Avatar?

Go to your Profile Settings after logging in. You can choose from our default avatars or upload your own to stand out in the community.

📱 Mobile & PWA (Install as App)

Can I play on my phone?

Yes! RosGames is fully optimized for mobile devices. You don't need to download anything from the App Store.

How do I install RosGames as an App?

RosGames is a Progressive Web App (PWA).

  • On Android: Open RosGames in Chrome, tap the three dots (⋮), and select "Install App" or "Add to Home Screen".

  • On iPhone (iOS): Open RosGames in Safari, tap the Share button (the square with an arrow), and scroll down to select "Add to Home Screen".

🛠️ Technical Support

The game screen is too small/big. What do I do?

Most games feature a "Fullscreen" button at the bottom of the game window. Clicking this will provide the best immersive experience.

How do I report a broken game?

If a game is consistently failing or showing an error, please use the "Report" button on the game page or contact us directly via our Contact page with the name of the game.
